Summary

Celebration the Centenary of the birth of Helen Williams and her granddaughter Imani. Williams born on May 1, 1917 in Gibsland is a town in Bienville Parish in northern Louisiana. She is the author of the book of poetry, "From Birth to Longevity". Imani her granddaughter is currently studying in Norway.

Tribute to a foundation member of the The Main Ingredient. The group was formed in Harlem, New York City in 1964, composed of lead singer Donald McPherson, Luther Simmons, Jr., and Panama-born Tony Silvester. Cuba Gooding Sr. Replaced McPherson, when he died. He scored a Top 10 Pop and R&B smash with their production of Ben E.King's hit "Supernatural Thing" in 1975. He managed True Reflection, a vocal group that produced Glenn Leonard who went to become a Temptation. He also produced the Calypso band from Trinidad and Tobago Kalyan, who recorded in Thunder Sound Recording studio in Canada.
