VICTORY IN EFIA NWANGAZA CASE, BIG THANKS TO SUPPORTERS!

State drops charges:

Efia, deeply moved and gratified by the out pouring of support, noted that, "While a people's victory has been achieved and I feel a personal relief, we must be clear that the dismissal is NOT police accountability and since the case was not dismissed "with prejudice" the charge can be re-instated. In addition to continued resistance, another vehicle, People's Tribunal, will be created for public education and organization. " "Furthermore, "she added, "the charges against local youth who protested the murder of Philando Castile and Alton Sterling must also be dropped, especially the felonies."
