Members of the African People's Solidarity Committee, including Chairwoman Penny Hess, Harris Daniels and Sandy Thompson will discuss the St. Petersburg government program of denying economic development to the African community, while imposing a public policy of police containment, exempified by last week's police murder of Javon Dawson and the planned use of millions in public dollars to build a new waterfront baseball stadium after having destroyed a thriving African community to build the existing Tropicana Dome.
