APSC Chairwoman Penny Hess, Political Report to the African People's Solidarity Committee Conference made on January 6, 2013. Chairwoman Hess discusses how white people can and must be part of the worldwide movement to overturn parasitic capitalism and build a new world without oppressors and the oppressed. Hess's report examines how the African People's Socialist Party's guiding theory of African Internationalism applies to Euro-Americans. African Internationalism exposes the truth about the violent origins of capitalism, the relationship of white people to African people and the oppressed peoples of the world. She describes the Party's vision for what white people must do to become part of the world community. Hess will also discuss plans for building APSC throughout the U.S. and in Europe.
