| Summary | Selwyn Jacob is a documentary filmmaker and producer of the feature documentary Ninth Floor, directed by Mina Shum, about the Sir George Williams Affair in February 1969. Ninth Floor is a production of the Film Board of Canada, (NFB). Jacob is originally from Trinidad and Tobago.
