On Africa Live we start the program with the second hour of Chairman Omali Yeshitela's opening address to the 6th Congress of the African People's Socialist Party. The first hour of the historic address was presented on the preceding broadcast of Omali Yeshitela Speaks. The 6th Congress took place December 5th -11th, 2013 in St. Petersburg, Florida.
