Special guest is Archie Alleyne, a pioneer in Toronto Black Music. Professor Rupert Charles Lewis returns for further discussion on his recent visit to Grenada. Professor Lewis is the author of Walter Rodney's Intellectual and Political Thought. Celebrating Black Music Month with the powerful and sultry vocals of soul singer Mica Paris and music from the Caribbean and Africa. Ms. Paris is also an activist, author, radio and television personality, and among the list of 100 Great Black Britons. She is dubbed the "Godmother of Soul in the U.K." by R&B singer Alexander O'Neal and has worked with many artists and musicians, including Alexander O'Neal, Will Downing, Natalie Cole, James Ingram, Bobby Womack, and Prince.
