Jose Garcia live from Aruba, the birthplace of Maurice Bishop will discuss the history of the Afro American Progressive Association(AAPA). The AAPA was one of the first Black Power organization in Canada. Garcia was a foundation member. The AAPA came before the Black Action Defense Committee (BADC) and Black Lives Matter.
