This program begins with some words from the Chairman of the African People's Socialist Party pertaining to the U.S. celebration of "Black History Month". This recording from 2004 includes a concise history of the heroic anti-imperialist struggles of African people in Haiti. The second half of the program will feature a fiery speech made by Chairman Omali in Philadelphia at a Community Rally for Justice in 1998, in which he analyzes the U.S. government's counterinsurgency program against the African liberation movement.
