We present a discussion with President Ivory Muhammad, of the International People's Democratic Uhuru Movement, from the community forum held in Philadelphia, PA on February 21st, 2008. President Muhammad addresses the conditions of poverty, hopelessness, unemployment, gentrification, and police containment facing African people in US cities. Alison Hoehne of the African People's Solidarity Committee addresses our responsibility as white people to take a stand against police harassment, brutality, police murder, and "Stop & Frisk" policies.
