African People's Solidarity Committee (APSC) organizers Alison Hoehne and Harris Daniels will discuss the $1.1 billion war budget that the city of Philadelphia spends on police and prisons as part of the counterinsurgency against the African community. They'll discuss the living conditions imposed on the black community, the organized resistance coming from the Uhuru Movement through the newly established People's Townhall Meetings, and how white people can stand in solidarity with a program for real change.
