On July 9, 2014, African Socialist International Chairman Omali Yeshitela delivered a 2-hour political education class on the function of The State as an instrument for the repression of one class by another and why the seizure of state power by the African working class is key to the destruction of imperialist white power and parasitic capitalism. This class was part of the African People's Socialist Party's 2014 monthlong Cadre Intensive training program designed to build revolutionary leaders to guide and win victory in the worldwide African Liberation struggle.
