This episode of Africa Live on the Uhuru Radio Network is entitled - Raise High The Revolutionary.

Join host Dedan Sankara on this episode which features - This Moment In History - an analysis of current events with Omali Yeshitela, Chairman of the African Socialist International and the African Peoples's Socialist Party.

They will discuss the African People's Socialist Party commemoration of Feb 21st as the Day of the African Martyrs. Yeshitela will focus on the assassinations of Malcolm X on February 21st,1965 and Huey P. Newton on August 22nd, 1989.

Yeshitela looks at the recent trial of white nationalist Michael Dunn in his on the street execution of 17 year old Jordan Davis in November 23, 2012 in Jacksonville, Florida.

Turning to the recent events in Venezuela, Yeshitela exposes the imperialist strategy of destabilization.

As Colorado and other states move to legalize and decriminalize marijuana, Chairman Omali states the position of APSP and targets the unaddressed factors that impact African and other oppressed communities - as he makes it clear that "The State has formally become a drug pusher."

We will close with an update on the African People's Socialist Party February 9th Dual & Contending Power Conference.
