MauMau and the struggle for independence in Kenya
Since there is only one African liberation movement around the world, but separated by colonial borders, economies, and cultures, imposed on us by European imperialism, we must learn all important lessons from each front of the International African resistance. In Kenya between 1950 and 1957, the Kenya Land Freedom Army known as Mau Mau, under the leadership of Dedan Kimaathi, were the centre of the anti colonial movement in the black world. They are the ones who gave us the word Uhuru and brought back dread lock culture. This Monday, our guest, brother Luwezi would discuss the lessons of that struggle.

2010-08-23 In the science of counterinsurgency warfare, the forces of oppression do not respect national laws or the principles of international law - every kind of attack is allowed. It is essential for them to crush the will of oppressed peoples to resist their national oppression. Counterinsurgency warfare is a war without end, it manifests itself in many ways; they come as proxy wars, biochemical warfare, psychological warfare, assassination of leaders of national liberation movements, etc. To bring light on this important topic, Brother Wabuza talks with Comrade Luwezi Kinshasa, General Secretary of the African Socialist International. Part 2.
