That means crisis for U.S. imperialism, but doesn't have to mean crisis for white people. White people can join the struggle for a just and sustainable world.

Day I—Sunday, January 6
8:30 am	Registration and breakfast $100 for 3 days includes meals or pay $20/day and purchase meals separately. Meet and greet with activists around the country and enjoy a healthy continental breakfast in the Uhuru House Community Center, home to Uhuru News, Uhuru Radio and economic development projects like the community commercial kitchen.
9:30 am	Conference opening Convening of the Plenary Conference by African People's Solidarity Committee Secretary General Alison Hoehne Uhuru Hip Hop by Princess Bella
9:55 am	Building solidarity with the African Revolution APSC Chairwoman Penny Hess, Political Report Chairwoman Hess discusses how white people can and must be part of the worldwide movement to overturn parasitic capitalism and build a new world without oppressors and the oppressed. Hess's report examines how the African People's Socialist Party's guiding theory of African Internationalism applies to Euro-Americans. African Internationalism exposes the truth about the violent origins of capitalism, the relationship of white people to African people and the oppressed peoples of the world. She describes the Party's vision for what white people must do to become part of the world community. Hess will also discuss plans for building APSC throughout the U.S. and in Europe.

11:15 am	African Internationalism, the political theory of the African Revolution African Socialist International Chairman Omali Yeshitela, Keynote Presentation Chairman Yeshitela will discuss the current world situation, including the capitalist economic crisis, genocide in Congo, workers' struggle in South Africa, upheaval in Europe, U.S. wars in the Middle East and Obama's war on the African community in the U.S. He will review the worldwide resistance movement and the tremendous growth of the African Socialist International. He will explain how African Internationalism overcomes Marx's critical theoretical flaws, revealing the truth about imperialism, parasitic capitalism and the role of white solidarity. He will sum up the victories of the African People's Socialist Party's "One People, One Party, One Destiny" campaign and the upcoming Sixth Party Congress in 2013.

1:30 pm	Uhuru Movement on the Move! Reparations Appeal Office of Reparations and Economic Development Director Kitty Reilly and APSP Deputy Chairwoman Ona Zene' Yeshitela will showcase the varied revolutionary projects and institutions throughout the world Ã Ã 'Ã 'Ã 'Ã 'Ã 'Ã 'Ã 'Ã 'Ã 'Ã 'Ã'Â¢ " health and wellness programs, democratic and human rights campaigns, publishing and broadcasting independent media projects, community centers, youth programs, community kitchens, economic self-reliance institutions - that form the Uhuru Movement. As part of the Conference's annual fundraising tradition, participants will express their commitment to reparations for African people and announce their 2013 financial contribution pledges.
3:45 pm	The fighting history of the African People's Socialist Party APSP Secretary General Gaida Kambon will present a historical review of the 40-year legacy of struggles, victories and development of the African People's Socialist Party in the U.S. and around the world. Publishers of the longest-running black power newspaper, The Burning Spear, the Party has provided theoretical and practical leadership to African and other struggling peoples around the world, helping to shape the current rise of resistance movements internationally and within the U.S. With its ideological roots in the Garvey Movement, the Party grew out of the Black Power Movement of the 1960s. Because it has always been rooted in the African working class and guided by the visionary leadership of Chairman Omali Yeshitela, the Party was able to survive U.S. government attacks and provide continuity of struggle and organization into the current final offensive against U.S. imperialism.

Day II—Monday, January 7

9:00 am	Addressing six common questions about building genuine solidarity with African and oppressed peoples APSC members and activists answer six questions often asked of Uhuru Solidarity Movement organizers. Jesse Nevel, Maureen Wagener, Kitty Reilly, Pete Yaroschuk, Penny Hess and Rask Hetmanski will make brief presentations, followed by discussion on: Is fighting racism the answer? What's the difference between charity and solidarity? Is reparations to African people a revolutionary demand? Aren't we all in the same boat? "I prefer to do my own thing. I'm not a joiner." Why do we have to be organized? How do we become anti-imperialists?

6:30 pm	Community forum: Obama's second term - U.S. wars, economic crisis and resistance of oppressed peoples around the world Presentations by Chairman Omali Yeshitela, Chairwoman Penny Hess and APSC member Jesse Nevel This open community forum will feature presentations by Chairman Omali Yeshitela, APSC Chairwoman Penny Hess and APSC member Jesse Nevel on the truth about Barack Hussein Obama's second presidential term. What do four more years of Obama mean for the African and Mexican communities inside this country and oppressed peoples of the world? Panelists will discuss Obama's escalation of U.S. military operations, the deepening economic crisis, the rising repression and white nationalist attacks on African people and how Euro-Americans can stand in solidarity with the growing resistance of the African working class.
