MOVE's Delbert Africa being kidnapped by police thugs of white nationalist mayor and former police chief, Frank Rizzo in August of 1978. But seven years later, it was a black neocolonial mayor, Wilson Goode, who ordered the dropping of a bomb on MOVE headquarters, murdering 13 men, women and children on May 13, 1985.
