Hear African Socialist International Chairman Omali Yeshitela's presentation to the weekly rally of the International People's Democratic Uhuru Movement at the Uhuru House in St. Petersburg, Florida. The event was entitled "Christopher Dorner's War on the L.A.P.D., what does it mean for St. Pete?" In the build-up to the event, local InPDUM President Elverda Brooks had declared, "It's a well-known fact that the abuse experienced by black community here is similar to what Dorner described in his manifesto." St. Petersburg Police Chief Chuck Harmon had been called on to answer to the community's question, "Is Dorner's campaign the only way the black community can achieve any kind of justice from the St. Pete police department?"
