Chairman Omali Yeshitela of the African Socialist International / African People's Socialist Party spoke at the 8th Congress of the Pan Africanist Congress of Azania in December 2002.

To a packed auditorium, he presented the principled theory of African Internationalism.

Yeshitela called for the creation of a unified socialist Africa and denounced Nelson Mandela and the African National Congress (ANC) for being complicit with the imperialist exploitation and domination of Africa and Africans.

At the end of the presentation the Congress erupted with applause and a traditional song.

On December 5, 2013, Nelson Mandela died in South Africa. The white imperialists who are less than 10 percent of the population own the majority of the land, control all the mineral resources and called Mandela the father of the nation.
