December 18th, 2008: The International People's Democratic Uhuru Movement and members of the African community intervene in Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter's "Town Hall Meeting" to confront the city's leadership on its $1 Billion war on the black community through the public policy of police containment and criminalization of the African community. InPDUM organizers also served the mayor the People's Sentence from the Dec 13th Philadelphia Tribunal for Reparations to African People - a program for REAL change that demands economic development and an end to police attacks on the black community.
