Lawrence Hamm, Chairman of the People's Organization for Progress and member of the Black is Back Coalition for Social Justice, Peace and Reparations (BIBC), addresses the BIBC rally in Malcolm X Park, Washington, DC on November 1, 2014.
Chairman Hamm calls for mass mobilizations on the streets throughout the U.S. and world on the next day after the grand jury decision is announced regarding Darren Wilson, the Ferguson cop who murdered Michael Brown on August 9, 2014.
