Police in St. Petersburg, Florida have offered $1,500 bounties to anyone who informs on someone with a gun that leads to a conviction. The local Uhuru Movement leadership held a press conference on Wednesday, April 29, offering a $1,500 reward for any cop who breaks the police code of silence and comes forward with information on any of the police murders of African people in the city that lead to a conviction.
